Today we tried Charred Fork in Woodridge.  This is a new restaurant opened in a small strip mall close to the Seven Bridges Cinemark.     Charred Fork is a halal BBQ / sandwitch shop.

For lunch, we had a Chicken Sandwitch, Brisket sandwitch combo (w/ fries and a drink), 6x Wings w/ rice, and Brisket salad. 

The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy and tendor on the inside.   Dip them in the Charred sauce, they were delicious.     The Sandwitches were ginormous.  They were as big as my face.   Sandwitch was made with sesame buns with grilled onions, sause and the choice of meat.     I could only finish 1/2 a sandwitch.    Food was fresh and tasty.
